Double Room In 2 Bed Flat - Seven Sisters

My flatmate sadly is moving out soon and so we are looking for someone to takeover her double room from 1st December in our 2 bed flat in Seven Sisters.

The flat has a shared living room and its own balcony. My room is an en-suite so you’ll have sole use of the main bathroom. We also have a roof terrace and a convenience shop directly below the building. We are roughly a 5 minute walk from Seven Sisters tube station, which is convenient to get to anywhere pretty quickly.

The bedroom is unfurnished so the new flatmate will need to keep that in mind. The rent is £950 per month and bills come to around £150 per month. The lease is due for renewal in December so looking for someone to sign this within the next month, but you would of course only need to pay rent from your move date on 1st December.

About me: I work full time mon-fri and split my time between the office and wfh. I love hot yoga, barre classes, thrifting and anywhere nice to grab a drink or bite to eat. I’m looking for a similar flatmate who is looking for a homely space. The ideal flat mate is someone chilled, tidy, respectful and sociable - it would be great to find someone where we can hang out from time to time, but also have our own space too.
