I'm putting one of my rooms up for rent. It is spacious and the bills and internet are included in the price of £750 per month. We have a lovely garden and kitchen space which you are more than welcome to use. Please contact me for viewings and to get to know our family. We prefer female tenants to stay with us as most of my family is female. Furthermore, we are a very outgoing family who will treat you very respectful but we also understand that there are certain people who are reserved, which is not a problem for us. I would just like to add that I have a lovely ginger cat called Teddy who stays outside most of the day and only comes home for food so he would not bother anyone who stays. I can send over more pictures via email or whatsapp if needed, just private message me if interested. We can’t wait for one of you to be a part of the family.
