Double Room with Own Bathroom in North London

Hello! We have a double room available from 1st December in a 2 bed flat in Seven Sisters as I am moving in with my partner. Although excited, I am sad to be leaving this homely flat and my lovely house mate, Anna!

We are roughly a 7 minute walk from Seven Sisters tube station (Victoria line) which is so convenient to get anywhere quickly. Also has an overground line to Hackney and Liverpool St. Quick to Stansted too.

A bit about Anna - she works full time mon-fri, loves hot yoga, barre classes, thrifting and anywhere nice to grab a drink or bite to eat. She is looking for a similar flatmate who is looking for a homely space, someone where you may hang out from time to time but also have
your own space too. We have a very chilled living environment, which Anna is looking to maintain. Loves socialising but not a party flat type thing!

The flat has its own balcony, Anna’s room is an en-suite so you’ll have sole use of the main bathroom (directly opposite the bedroom). We also have a roof terrace and a convenience shop directly below the building.

The room is unfurnished so the new flatmate will need to keep that in mind. The rent is £1900 and bills are around £150 p/month. The lease is due for renewal on 15th December so we are looking for someone to sign this with Anna in the next month - you would be paying rent from your move in date in December.
