Ground floor room in queer household

Hiya

One of our flatmates is moving out to follow other pursuits leaving a lovely room available in our house.

Room only comes *part* furnished. Bed not included :)

The house is about a 8 minute walk to Seven Sisters underground station. 4 minute walk to the South Tottenham station. Close access to busses 149, 243, 276

You’d be living with 2 of us, Simão and Pedro 👋🏻

We are a queer household so we’ll always consider those who are similar to us. We are also a veggie/vegan house if that helps.

Pedro works in hair/managing a queer venue and Simão works in film and tv. Ideally we would like someone who is currently employed too.

Move in date is December 1st and a one month rent deposit is required. Bills are not included but come around to roughly £100 monthly.
