Room In A 5 Person Converted Warehouse

We’re looking for a subletter in our well-connected warehouse conversion in Seven Sisters/Tottenham Hale. Close to overground/Victoria Line, the leafy surrounds of Markfield park and canals nearby, with some fun bars on your doorstep. The space is colourful and spacious and we keep it clean and tidy.

The sublet is for a spacious loft room, which comes furnished but has lots of extra storage space if needed. Cost is £957/month and all bills included at a fixed rate, so it’s cosy all winter. High ceilings with light and beautiful communal spaces that come furnished, as well as 2 toilets. It's great for working from home with business fibre internet throughout.

£957/month including all bills, a weekly cleaner and money towards shared house stuff (we share lots of things). Benefits are accepted and the deposit is £150. This is a sublet but the leaseholder lives in the property, there is no credit check but we expect that you can pay the rent on time and in full.

In terms of accessibility, given it is a warehouse conversion the property falls short of modern standards. We’re located in a gated area off the main road with a real sense of community. There is an intercom. There are 12 steps up to the property, which is set across two floors, with another 8 steps up to the room. The main living space and bathroom are set across one room but there is a small lip between the kitchen and living room area.

We are a group of friends who bring together unique backgrounds and interests, creating a lively and social living environment. Our home is filled with creativity, and plenty of good times.

We love exploring London's cultural sights and sounds, attending festivals and parties both in the UK and abroad, but are also professional and clean, with most of us working 9-5.

Whether it's whipping up delicious meals, organizing local football games, skateboarding, or enjoying a good reality TV show, we always find ways to connect and have fun. Unlike many areas in London, you’ll feel part of a community living here, and we’re friends with our neighbours on all sides. We’re queer friendly and expect you to be the same.

Hopefully you want a home more than a house. Up for getting involved in nights out and dinner parties with our wonderful eclectic group of friends. This is a homely place and not a party house though we socialise and go to gigs/movies/bars/galleries together. You must be clean and financially organised/prompt. Good communication goes a long way also.

You’d be the fifth housemate, subletting from Tom who is heading out the country for the winter.
