Short-Term Let - 2 months - Jan to Mar - N15

We are looking for someone to take up a short-term let in our flat for 2 months, available from the 1st January 2025 to the 9th March 2025. The minimum stay is 8 weeks within this timeframe.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, a sofa, a desk, convertible to a standing desk, and a monitor. The wardrobe will be completely free for storage.

The flat is situated in the N15 Seven Sisters area about a 12 minute walk from Seven Sisters tube and also a short bus trip away from Tottenham Hale and Turnpike Lane. The flat is shared with 3 others, an Australian, Italian and Englishmen, with 2 bathrooms in the property (shared between 2 each). The flat comes with a shared kitchen and living room (with a TV), 1Gbps Mesh Wifi. There are 2 parks within a 10 minute walk away, an indoor swimming pool a 5 minute walk away and a couple of different gyms a 15-20 minute walk away.

Unfortunately the cuddly tiger will not be there but the duck will be. Given the UK winters the sunlight shown in the photos is also subject to availability.

The room is offered at a rate of £150 p/w - so either £1200 or £1350 if taken for 8 or 9 weeks. A security deposit of the first months of rent is required. Contracts will be signed by both parties setting out these terms.
