Bright mezzanine room in creative warehouse

Hi lovely people!

I’m subletting my spacious mezzanine room in South Tottenham from 22 January (or a few days later if preferable) until 21 March. Rent is 945 p/m, including all bills and cleaner.

The converted warehouse is warm, with lots of natural light and a large shared communal area. We are a calm yet sociable household made up of five creatives in their 30s and a cute cuddly cat. We’re looking for someone who’s considerate and respectful of others in the space and ideally also a creative. It’s very queer-friendly – most of us identify as female or non-binary.

It’s a peaceful house, where we like to unwind from active lives in the city. Not a party house! Most of the socializing happens spontaneously in the kitchen area as we share a love of veggie food. Our lovely cleaner comes once a week, so for warehouse standards the house is clean.

In terms of the room, it consists of a living space downstairs and sleeping area on the mezzanine. It contains a lot of artwork and furniture that I’ve collected from living and working abroad and feels warm and spacious – I love colour and combining traditional and modern elements.

The location is great, with amazing green spaces just around the corner – Walthamstow Wetlands and various parks along the River Lea. It’s a short walk to Seven Sisters station, which is on the Victoria Line and Overground. Short cycle or busride to Stokey and Dalston for nightlife and restaurants!
