Double room in friendly Seven Sisters flat

Hello!

I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in a bright and spacious townhouse-style, 2 bed flat in Seven Sisters. Contract starts 17th of Feb, move in date can be any day between the 1st and 17th :)

Only a 6 minute walk to the Victoria line and Overground.

The room includes a double bed, 2 bedside tables, each with 3 drawers, a built in wardrobe and deep under-stairs storage - perfect for out-of-season clothes or suitcases.

The top floor is open plan, consisting of a modern kitchen with a large breakfast bar and the living room - perfect for entertaining! There's also a sizeable, south facing terrace with seating which is gorgeous in the Summer (sorry for the poor photo of this, it was very cold and wet when I took photos!)

Rent is is £950/month
Bills are approx. £150/month (council tax, wifi,
electric, gas).

I work a 4-day week, Mon-Thurs. I'm in the office most days but I occasionally WFH.

I'm ideally looking for someone friendly and clean who's up for a good chat, a movie night or joining me at the pub quiz but equally happy to do their own thing!
Bonus points if you're into video games, F1 and/or Rugby!
