About the House:

Professionals in their mid-20s to 30s. both male and female, who enjoy a balance of social and quiet time. Max works in AI Tech, loves writing. Jodie works in fashion, and is into styling. Arty runs a restaurant bar, and likes to design, make clothes.

The Area:
This isn’t just a home; it’s a community. One of the few remaining warehouses where you’re surrounded by a creative atmosphere filled with art and music. Nearby are parks and green spaces, including Markfield Park, Springfield Park, the marshes, and the canal. There’s a range of supermarkets and small businesses nearby to suit any budget. Plus, we’re just a 5-minute walk to Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters stations (Victoria Line), providing easy connections to central London.

Parking: Gated parking is available for an extra fee, and residents can also apply for street parking through the council.

About You:
We’re looking for a housemate over 25+ who’s respectful, clean, and considerate of shared spaces. Ideally, someone who enjoys living in a relaxed, tidy more minimal clutter free environment and appreciates the creative energy of the area.
