Well-priced rooms becoming available from mid June in our 5-person house in Seven Sisters (N15).
Really bright, good sized rooms on the first floor of the house, with an ensuite - so no waiting for the bathrooms in the morning. Good amount of storage and space to wfh if needed :)

Furniture that comes with the room:

Double bed and mattress, large bookshelf + smaller storage unit, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

Deposits/Contracts etc:

DEPOSIT: £687 paid directly to the letting agents upon reference clearance
RENT: £786 pcm, all bills included
MOVE IN DATE: 22nd June 2025 - you can move in after this date, but the first rent instalment will be due then.
CONTRACT: You will sign onto a joint tenancy from 22nd June 2025, which is due for renewal in Oct 2025. This is not a short term let, we are looking for someone that intends to renew with the other tenants in October.

EXTRA INFO: The deposit is held in a deposit protection scheme. You would have to go through the agency’s referencing process which is Canopy. This includes checks of income, past renting etc. However, they will accept a UK based guarantor if you are on low-income or a student.

The House:

The house is a 10-minute walk from Seven Sisters (Victoria Line and Overground) and a 15 minute bus journey to Dalston and Wood Green. There’s a library and a community garden on the street which you could get involved with if you like. We have a good sized garden patio which gets the sun in the summer. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all crockery, utensils, pots and pans etc. We all have our own cupboard and two fridges with freezers so there’s plenty of storage space for food. We have communal living room with sofas, a bookshelf and small dining table and chairs.

Accessibility: There is one step up to get to the front door. The house doesn't have a doorbell or intercom; we rely on people knocking. There is a step down to get out into the garden. There are no bathrooms on the ground floor level.

The Housemates:

We all have somewhat busy lives and are in and out of the house regularly, but are a friendly, respectful bunch. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive household respectful of all identities. The remaining housemates are Danielle, Greyson, Farya and Patrick.
