THIS IS A SUBLET FOR ONE MONTH ONLY!
We have a large double room available for one month from 1 March - 1 April. The room has an abundance of natural light, and lots of space, including a desk, shelves, an open wardrobe and two small drawers.
The house itself includes a shared living room and kitchen, a balcony and an allotment of garden in a shared space. The flatmates include two LGBTQ+ folks in the arts, one currently working as a scenic designer and the other is currently full time in hospitality. Our hours vary a lot due to working but we’re social and hang out when we can. One flatmate is a keen climber as well, and is often out and about climbing (which Seven Sisters is a perfect location for!)
A large Tesco superstore is only 10 minutes away. We also have smaller off license stores less than a 30 second walk at the end of the road.
Seven Sisters station is a quick 10 minute walk from the flat, and has access to the Victoria line and the overground.
