Seven Sisters Spacious Double Bedroom Near Station

After living for two years at this beautiful flat, one of our flatmates has unfortunately had to move out.

The property is at a very accessible part of Seven Sisters (5-10 min walk from Seven Sisters station), which connects you to the Victoria Line and two London Overground stations (Seven Sisters/South Tottenham). So getting to Central and East London is fairly quick. There is also a bus right outside the property which takes you through Stoke Newington and Dalston, so there are a lot of lovely areas to explore!

A little bit about the property: this is a three-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom. We also have a dishwasher, which makes flat dinners so much easier! The room is a spacious double that gets a lot of sun and is furnished with a double bed, lots of storage, and a desk.

We have really loved living here and really enjoy doing things as a flat - whether it is going to our local pub, making dinners, or generally hanging out. We'd love to find someone who also enjoys being social as a house but also likes a quiet night, is tidy, and respectful. George works in the music industry, he is a big fan of history and politics, and makes the best chickpea curry. I'm working at a policy, research company, I enjoy going to the cinema with friends, and I cook better than George. We're both hybrid workers so it would be good to have someone with a similar mix of working from home and the office :)

The flat is available from July 1st and we're hoping to do viewings on a rolling basis. The contract would be for one year but our landlord has agreed to a 6-month break clause. Please also note: the listed price is our current rent but our landlord has said they will increase the rent this year. We are still waiting to hear by how much but will update the ad as soon as we know. No bills are included but they roughly come to £120-50/month. This includes utilities, wi-fi, council tax, and a monthly cleaner.
