My flatmate and I have been splitting a lovely three (3) bedroom flat for a few months now, but I am currently looking for someone to replace me as a sublet.

We have two (2) furnished double bedrooms in our three (3) bedroom flat, which has a spacious wrap-around balcony, on the top floor of a 5-floor new build.

The location is excellent. It is on a quiet, wide, tree-lined street and just a 5- 10-minute walk to the Seven Sisters station (Victoria line)

The building has a secure video entry intercom system with a fob

Fully fitted kitchen with kettle, microwave, fridge/ freezer. Utility room with washing machine and extra storage. Widescreen TV in the living area.

Room 1 is available from 15th August, with viewings starting now

Room 2 is available from 8th September, with viewings from 28th July.

The rent is £850 per month, and all bills are about £100 per person per month.

You'll be sharing with 1 American guy currently studying at RADA (Royal Academy of Dramatic Art). He is pretty quiet, prefers to keep the house clean & tidy, and the overall vibe of the house is very chill and creative. He would like a student but is open to professionals fitting into this living environment.
