Double bedroom in a house with a couple

I'm Josh and I currently live with my girlfriend, Anna, and one other couple in a lovely house share in Seven Sisters in North London (5 minute's walk from the Victoria line, Overground and many buses to Hackney and central).

Our friends are moving out in October to go travelling and we're keen to find people to replace them in the house.

We’re looking for a considerate, easy-going couple or single person to join our home.

The vibe is friendly and relaxed — we do our own thing but often end up catching up over a cup of tea or at the dinner table.

We occasionally invite friends over for dinner or have overnight guests, and just give each other a heads-up.

We’re hoping for someone who’s tidy and respectful of shared spaces; friendly and up for the odd chat, but also values personal time; a non-smoker, without pets.

It's a 4 bed house (we currently use one spare room for bikes and the other for guests and laundry) with two shared loos and a nice back garden.

The landlord is really great at keeping the house in good condition, organising a gardener, etc.

It's the master bedroom that's available, which would be £1450 a month. The ideal move in day is Sunday 12 October but timings are flexible.

A bit about us: I'm 34, working as a video producer for a trade union, and Anna is 29 and works in the government's energy department in comms and strategy (but just completed a masters in Psychology so looking at a career change!). I’m half Italian, half Irish and Anna is from Scotland.

We love to travel, cook, go for long walks out of London on sunny weekends. I'm in a local choir and Anna has just started to learn to sew.
