Double room in a 2 bedroom new build flat

I’m currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy. I’m very sad about moving out but I’m relocating for my new job!

A bit about the flat, the tenancy agreement is until Feb 2027. It’s a 2 bedroom new build apartment with a balcony. It’s a double room and you’ll have your own spacious bathroom (not an ensuite but it’s opposite the bedroom door). Comes with a wardrobe, bed, mattress, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Plenty of storage: space under bed, on top of wardrobe, chest of drawers and a utility cupboard. Rent is £1100, bills are around £200 extra including council tax and wifi. I believe there’s on street parking but there’s also residential parking (permit required)

A bit about the current flatmate:
Her names Saya, 26, she’s Japanese, has an American accent and she’s lived in London for a few years. She’s genuinely lovely, clean and makes great food/ bakes. She works in marketing and wfh 3 days a week. She’s really easy to get along with. We both appreciate a clean home, no shoes household, love a good yap/ movie night but also happy to do our own thing. Hoping to find someone similar and on the same page to replace me.

The areas also surrounded by other new builds. Lots of grocery shops on either side of the apartment. Also a great pizza place down the road! Only 8/9 min walk to Seven Sisters tube station. The road between the station and the apartment is quite active till late so feels fairly safe to walk home (if this is a concern).

Hoping to find someone to move in end of august/ start of sept, latest 6/7th sept.
