📍 LOCATION: Seven Sisters, Tottenham, N15. 3 min walk to Seven Sisters (Victoria line & Overground), 5 min walk to Tesco and Sainsbury’s. Lots of amazing food places to visit or order from.

🏡 WAREHOUSE: You’ll be living with a mix of artists, musicians, and professionals. Ages range from early 20s to 40s. Everyone is super friendly! You're welcome to socialise or keep completely to yourself. There are approx 25 of us however, due to a mix of schedules the place feels spacious and not too busy. We aren't a party house (no loud noise after 9pm in individual rooms.)

We have a cleaner come 3x a week to clean communal areas and restocks supplies (soap, toilet paper, etc.). Internet and cleaning products are included in the rent.

In the warehouse we have:

✨ 5 toilets, 4 showers (3 of which have baths)

✨ Large shared kitchen

✨ 80m2 living room with a projector

✨ Gym

✨ Garden

✨ Sauna

✨ Music rehearsal space

Accessibility: We are unable to accept benefits at this moment in time. Unfortunately, not wheelchair accessible. There are 5 steps to the front door and multiple steps throughout the household. There is a doorbell but no intercom. The house is neurodivergent and queer friendly. We are 420 and smoking friendly within the communal areas (no smoking in the bathrooms and toilets). . The main living room leads to the garden which is down a fire escape - 12 steps down. Not a scent free household. We have 3 cats living here so can't have any more pets (sorry).
