A bright double room is available in my sunny two-bedroom flat, just a short walk from Seven Sisters tube station and tucked away on a quiet street.

The flat is on the third/top floor and features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, which opens out onto a balcony, also accessible from the available bedroom. There are two bathrooms, and the main one will be predominantly for your use. The room gets beautiful morning light, and the apartment enjoys sunshine throughout the day. The bedroom is currently unfurnished, though I’m open to furnishing it. The communal spaces are fully furnished and well looked after.

The location is incredibly well connected: Seven Sisters tube is just a 6-minute walk away, and the overground station is 12 minutes. Tottenham Hale is also nearby, which is great for quick trips to Stansted Airport. Marksfield Park is just around the corner, and the nearby canal links up to Springfield Park, Clapton, and Homerton - ideal for walking, running, or cycling.

A bit about me: I’m a lawyer from New Zealand and have been living in London for the past 8 years. I’m social and love heading out to restaurants and the pub with friends, but I also really value a peaceful, clean home to unwind in. I work 3-4 days a week from the office and like to stay active. One of my favourite things about living in Seven Sisters is all the greenery and nature nearby for running. I’m out and about a fair bit, but when I’m home I enjoy a relaxed vibe and the occasional wine or meal with a flatmate.

I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy, and independent - someone who’s up for a chat but also values a calm, respectful home.
