Hello! A bright double room is available in my sunny two-bedroom flat, just a short walk from Seven Sisters tube station and tucked away on a quiet street.

The flat is on the third (top) floor and has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, which opens out onto a balcony, also accessible from the available bedroom. There are two bathrooms, and the main one will be mostly yours. The room gets beautiful morning light, and the apartment enjoys sunshine throughout the day. The bedroom and communal spaces are fully furnished and well looked after.

We are incredibly well connected: Seven Sisters tube station (Victoria line) is just a 6-minute walk away, and the overground station is 12 minutes. One of my favourite things about the area is all the green spaces nearby. Marksfield Park is just around the corner, and the nearby canal links up to Springfield Park, Clapton, and Homerton - ideal for walking, running, or cycling.

A bit about me: I’m a lawyer from New Zealand and have been living in London for the past 8 years. I’m social and love heading out to restaurants and the pub with friends, but I also really value a peaceful, clean home to unwind in. I work 3-4 days a week from the office and like to stay active. I’m out and about a fair bit, but when I’m home I enjoy a relaxed vibe and the occasional wine or meal with a flatmate.

I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy, and independent - someone who’s up for a chat but also values a calm home.
