Well-priced room becoming available from the end of Sept in our 5-person house in Seven Sisters (N15).
Super cute, well organised room on the top floor of the house, right next to the bathroom and with views of the allotments (and lots of cats and foxes!). Lots of natural light, space to wfh if needed (we have a wifi booster, don't worry) and overall very cosy.

Furniture that comes with the room:

Single bed and mattress, standing storage block with boxes, mirror, a second storage block.

This bedroom is right next to the top floor bathroom, which is shared with two other housemates.

Deposits/Contracts etc:

DEPOSIT: £823.66 paid directly to the letting agents upon reference clearance
RENT: £660 pcm
MOVE IN DATE: 22nd Sept - you can move in after this date, but the first rent instalment will be due on 22nd Sept
CONTRACT: You will sign onto a joint tenancy from 22nd Sept 2025, which is due for renewal in Dec 2025. This is not a short term let, we are looking for someone that intends to renew at the end of the year.

EXTRA INFO: The deposit is held in a deposit protection scheme. You would have to go through the agency’s referencing process which is Canopy. This includes checks of income, past renting etc. However, they will accept a UK based guarantor if you are on low-income or a student.

The House:

The house is a 10-minute walk from Seven Sisters (Victoria Line and Overground) and a 15 minute bus journey to Dalston and Wood Green. There’s a library and a community garden on the street which you could get involved with if you like. We have a good sized garden patio which gets the sun in the summer. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all crockery, utensils, pots and pans etc. We all have our own cupboard and two fridges with freezers so there’s plenty of storage space for food. We have communal living room with sofas, a bookshelf and small dining table and chairs.

Accessibility: There is one step up to get to the front door. The house doesn't have a doorbell or intercom; we rely on people knocking. There is a step down to get out into the garden. There are no bathrooms on the ground floor level.

The Housemates:

We all have somewhat busy lives and are in and out of the house regularly, but are a friendly, respectful bunch. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive household respectful of all identities. The remaining housemates are Danielle, Patrick, Jess & Mahalia.
