About Us:
We’re two professionals (31M South African in creative advertising; 28M British in software engineer). Our third housemate (30F) is moving overseas. We've all lived happily here for 4 years.

In terms of the 2 of us staying, we both work from home most of the time, and value having a calm, comfortable, cosy home to unwind in. We enjoy cooking for each other a couple of times a week, chilling together in the evenings, and host a party/gathering a couple times a year. We've got a good balance of having our own lives, but also do things together (park-run, drinks, etc)

We’d love to find someone who’s:
- LGBT+ friendly: one of us is gay, so this is important
- Of any gender
- Easy-going and respectful of shared spaces
- Contributes proactively to the chores as we do
- Keen to stay here long-term
