My current flatmate will be moving in with her boyfriend at the end of our tenancy, so I’m looking for someone new to join us in this spacious flat just outside Seven Sisters station! You will be living with two working professionals in mid-20s (a girl a. k. a me, and 1 guy). The guy has an en-suite so you’d only be sharing a bathroom with me. I’d ideally like to find a working professional female flatmate who also values keeping the home clean and organised.

There is a large living room and an open plan kitchen. This is absolutely perfect for hosting dinner parties! We are friendly peoples, and like to do social activities like movie nights or game nights every now and then!

Seven Sisters Underground (Victoria Line) and Overground are within a 2-minute walk, and South Tottenham Overground is a 5-minute walk. You can get to King's Cross in 10 minutes and Oxford Circus in about 20 minutes.

You'd have access to fantastic amenities including a free gym, co-working space, free bookable conference room, and a rooftop terrace. If the free gym is a bit too underwhelming for you (it only has the bare minimum) there is also a Pure Gym just downstairs.

There is someone at reception 24/7. And access to the building requires a fob to get through the gate, then again to get through the front door, then again to get to the lift, and finally, the lift will only give you access to your floor & the rooftop. So it's extremely safe!

Move in date: 11th November (as the contract commences)
