Summer sublet near Seven Sisters

Hiya! I am subletting my gorgeous room in our 4 bedroom South Tottenham flat. It is available from around the 20th of July to around the 20th of August - exact days can be discussed.

The house is spacious with a big living room with plenty of sun, kitchen you can sit and eat in, with a little balcony leading down to a (slightly overgrown) garden with space for bikes.

Housemates:
You would be living with James, Iago and Ellie, three mostly queer/trans 30-somethings (coming from UK, Australia, and the Caribbean) working in publishing, public policy, and the charity sector. We enjoy crafting, cooking, and the odd glass of wine in the house and out. We also have an awesome cat called Bug!
Ideally searching for people 30+. Being an inclusive individual is a must.

You will be taking over my room. I am an artist, and will leave my sewing machine and other cool tools in the room, that you are very welcome to use. Most of my stuff will stay but can make space for your clothes and other belongings on the cloth rail and shelves. I am looking for someone who takes a good care of my room while I am away.
