Two rooms have become available at this wonderful warehouse unit in Seven Sisters - first room is £850 p/month and second room is £950 p/ month ALL bills and costs included. The rooms will be available from 1st October but there may be potential to move in sooner if required.
The communal space is open plan with high ceilings, a living area, dining area and kitchen (and bathroom ofc) and is very spacious.
This is a 4 bedroom unit and you'll be sharing with 3 lovely housemates (and a 4th tbc) who work and have interests across music, ceramics, photography and other creative mediums. This is a very chill household and we respect each other's personal space, but we also like to hang out when we're all around.
Transport links are great in the area - about a 10 min (or less) walk to both Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale tubes, as well as bus links by Seven Sisters tube taking you towards Dalston/ Central London and towards Holloway/ King's Cross etc. Also many shops, restaurants and bars/ pubs nearby.
