Location: Just a 7–8 minute walk to Seven Sisters (Victoria Line & Overground). The area is very quiet, with Downhills Park only a short walk away.
Room: Double bedroom with your own large private bathroom
Rent: £1,300 per month (all bills included)
Flat: Spacious shared living room with open kitchen, large balcony, and brand-new appliances. the building has bike storage. the flat is on the 3th floor and there is a lift.
Tenants: Just the two of us. I’m 40, working as a video artist in the advertising industry. My room is ensuite, so you’ll have the private bathroom to yourself.

This is not a sublet! You’ll sign with the letting agency and complete a standard background check. The tenancy length will be 1 year or more.
