Seven Sisters Double Room/10 Mins from Underground

After two years of living here, unfortunately one of our flatmates has decided to move out. Though we're really sad to see him go, we're looking for a new flatmate to continue making our wee flat a home :)

A little bit about us - Sacha is 29 years old and is currently working at the BFI. She enjoys gigs and fashion, watching tv shows together, and visiting galleries.

I'm (Vivian) 23 years old, I work as a researcher for a social research company on political issues. I also enjoy cooking and baking as a flat, going for a film, and the odd night out.

We're both hybrid workers and would love to find someone with a similar set-up. We enjoy catching-up after work, cooking together, and also being mindful of each other's time/space - so someone with a similar friendly but respectful vibe would be great :)

The tenancy is for 5 months with unfortunately no possibility to extend, however the flat is located in a very accessible spot which we hope would make a short stay still enjoyable and a fun way to explore many nearby areas. This includes: Stoke Newington, Dalston, London Fields, and Central London, which are all easily reachable by bus, underground, and overground (all within a 1-10min walk from the flat).

Bills are not included but come to about £120-50/month.
