Looking for someone to join us in N15!
Our friend is moving in with his girlfriend and we’re looking for someone to take his place. We are a pretty social house: we like to cook together (veggie), always up for a BBQ in the garden or pint at our local, and love to tuck into a good series. The house has a lot of communal areas so we're looking forward to finding someone who appreciates chilled shared space, and is generally up for a laugh!
We are queer-friendly and really into the arts, live music, dancing and mainly having fun.

💸RENT: £740 pcm. Bills tend to be about £120 pcm. Deposit is equivalent to one month rent + base bills.
🏡ROOM: part furnished with a double bed frame (mattress not included) and an inbuilt wardrobe (more wardrobe space in one of the other rooms).
📍LOCATION: We're in an amazing location right between two parks (Chestnuts & Downhills/Lordship Rec) and we're a 20 min walk from Finsbury Park. Also within 5 mins walk there's a great local coffee shop (Perkyns), a crepe stall, cocktail bars, a new wine bar’s just opened (Coulure) - and our favourite local KK's is just at the end of the road. Green Lanes nearby has loads of Turkish restaurants and The Post Bar in Tottenham is great for live music.
🚇TRANSPORT: We're equidistant between Seven Sisters (Victoria Line, Overground) and Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line), both a 15-min walk away.
