We're looking for someone approachable, social, friendly and clean, who is happy to join a relaxed house share in seven sisters. You would be sharing with two professionals, Lewis and Duncan.
We have a three bedroom house on a quiet residential street with a living room, dining area, kitchen, large bathroom and a beautiful garden. Within 10/12 minutes from seven sisters tube and a few minutes walk from two corner shops, or a larger Tescos slightly further away.
The bedroom available is a double room on the first floor, with two windows and space for storage etc. Unfurnished apart from the bed frame and mattress.
Me and Duncan both work remotely, so ideally we would be looking for someone who works from the office or occasionally from home, but happy to discuss this.
Landlord has stated the deposit is £860 and renters must provide a copy of their passport and a letter from their employer to the landlord or estate agent.
Move in date would be November 3rd or after.
