We have a lovely room available in our bright and welcoming flat in Tottenham, perfectly located between Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters stations (just a 5–10 min walk) and about 12–15 min from Seven Sisters Overground.
The area is super convenient with Tesco, Lidl, and Asda close by. The flat has two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bath) and is shared with me (28) and another girl (34), along with an adorable cat, Kyo 🐾!
The room is £850 + bills (around £50 in winter and £20 in summer) and comes with a big wardrobe and small drawers for storage - it’s not suitable for working from home as it won’t fit a desk. We are looking for a friendly female tenant 25+ to join us.
