• Energy provider: EDF, with a separate meter and automatic readings – very easy to manage and set up
• Deposit: £1,442 (five weeks’ rent), protected under the government’s Tenancy Deposit Scheme

Maintenance & Management:

The letting agency have been amazing — they respond quickly, and if anything needs fixing, they send someone the very next day. Everything in the flat is currently working perfectly.

Location & Transport:

Excellent connections to Central London — the Victoria line is just a 4-minute walk away, and you can reach Oxford Street in around 15 minutes.

Notes:

The sofa, TV, TV unit, bedside table, and coffee table belong to me and will not be included in the flat.
