Hello! We’re looking for a lodger to join us in our two bed flat in Seven Sisters. We’re a professional couple in our thirties working in the film/TV industry and for an NGO.

We're looking for someone friendly, tidy & considerate to rent out the second double room.

There's a large and bright communal living room and private south facing garden.

The room has a double bed, a tall wardrobe and a large chest of drawers and faces out onto the garden.

The flat has a separate toilet and shower (so we won’t be queueing up for one or the other in the mornings!)

The flat is between Seven Sisters (10 mins walk, zone 3) and Manor House (15 mins walk, zone 2) Tube Stations.
Stamford Hill Overground is also 10 mins (to Liverpool Street Station).

Buses 259 and 279 run from a 2 min walk from the flat to Kings Cross.

£990pcm includes your share of the bills for council tax, gas, electric, water and internet

£990 deposit.

Please note, we have an existing flatmate with a severe nut allergy so we ask lodgers not to bring nuts into the flat. Also no candles, incense or smoking inside due to asthma.

We arrange a weekly cleaning rota to keep the communal areas tidy.
