£279/week with a private bathroom and shared kitchen facilities/TV/ lounge area. All bills are included.
The building itself is modern new build, with laundry and printing facilities on-site.
There is pure gym and Tesco within a 5 minute walk, which is perfectly convenient for shopping.
Tenancy ends on 7th September 2026.
Secure 24 hour cover on reception.
There are no specific requirements for the new flatmate, but a friendly personality would be great! :)
