URGENT bedroom in seven sister

My current housemate is moving to go live with her boyfriend (yes, rude, I know!), so I’ve got a room free in our lovely flat.

I’m 25, working the classic 9–5. Evenings are usually pretty chill (Netflix, food, relaxing, etc). I’m sociable but also enjoy my own space, though I’m always up for a gossip session over a glass of wine every now and then. I’m not a clean freak, but keeping things tidy is important, but it will be just me and you, so it should be easy. Bonus points if you remember to water my plants when I forget!

The room comes unfurnished (though some furniture may be left if you’d like). The contract renews on 20th January, so ideally I’m looking for someone to sign it with me for at least 1 year.

• 1–2 min walk to bus stops
• 2 min walk to Seven Sisters tube & overground
• 2 min walk to South Tottenham station
• 5 min walk to big Tesco & Sainsbury’s Local
• 15–20 min walk to Tottenham Hale
