N15 Cosy Double Room

AVAILABLE From 5th of AUGUST!! We’re looking for a female flatmate to occupy the remaining room in our bright and cozy flat in Seven Sisters. The location is fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to South Tottenham Overground Station, 5 minutes to Seven Sisters Tube and Overground Station, with excellent access to multiple bus routes.

You’ll find plenty of amenities nearby, including three large supermarkets, Boots, a pharmacy, pubs, restaurants, and a great grocery shop that stays open late. For nature lovers, there are lovely spots like the canal, Markfield Park, Springfield Park, Tottenham Marshes, and Walthamstow Wetlands all within walking distance.

We are a creative household that takes great care of our home and our many plants. We’re ideally looking for someone who shares this mindset and is committed to maintaining the flat and the plants. Being tidy and clean is essential, and we prefer someone who will leave the space in better condition than they found it. A vegan or vegetarian lifestyle would be a plus! We value a relaxed, creative, tobacco-free, and respectful environment.

You will be sharing the flat with Maria (theatre/event producer and musician) and me, Agustin (sound engineer and musician)

The flat is on a 1st floor (no lift), and the 3 rooms, kitchen and toilet are on the same floor.
