Hi everyone! I'm moving out, so my flatmates (3 women) are looking for a lovely new addition to join the house for a 6-month tenancy (currently end beginning August 2026 with possibility to extend).

The Details: Rent: £837 pcm

Bills: Approx. £120 pcm

Move-in: Late Jan/Early Feb 2026. (Note: There is flexibility to move in sooner as the current flatmate leaves Jan 30th.)

The House & Location:

📍 Super connected: 6-min walk from Tottenham Hale station (Victoria Line & Stansted Express).

🛒 Amenities: We are right near a big Lidl, big Tesco at Seven Sisters and the Walthamstow Marshes (perfect for walks).

🎥 Social spaces: We have a living room with a projector (great for movie nights!), a large kitchen & dining area, plus a garden.

🛏 The Room: Ground floor double room. Part-furnished (double bed included). Note: The desk and block shelves are not included but can be purchased.

The Flatmates: You’d be living with Noemie, Em, and Sara. They are all in mid-to-late 20s:

Em is a Masters student.

Noemie does freelance fashion design and content creation.

Sara works as a TA partner for a tech company.

The Vibe (written by flatmates): We are looking for someone sociable, clean, and friendly around the same age (mid-late 20s). We definitely want a flatmate who is interested in a cozy home with friends rather than just a place to sleep! 🍷 We love to cook and have meals together, play board games, or have movie nights. I've attached some pics below of some dinner parties/brunches we’ve had this year to give you a sense of the vibe!

Interviews/Viewings: We are ideally looking to do visits by 08/12 to give chance to meet all flatmates, but can do later/in the new year.
