Description
We’re Nathan and Ryan (mid/late-20s) and we’re looking for a third housemate to join our lovely home in Seven Sisters. We’re easy-going, sociable, and tidy — and we’re after someone similar who’s reliable with rent/bills and happy to contribute to a friendly, respectful house vibe.
👋 About us:
- Nathan: Originally from Manchester, in London for 10+ years. Works for a university and travels fairly often for work.
- Ryan: Moved from California a couple of years ago, works at an engineering start-up. Loves baseball.
We enjoy our own space but also like coming together as a house — pub quizzes, TV nights, Catan, hosting friends, that sort of thing.
📍 Location: Seven Sisters (Zone 3)
We’re right at the top of the Victoria Line, so getting into central London is super fast: Euston, King’s Cross, Holborn, Green Park, Victoria — all around 25–30 minutes door-to-door. The area has loads of great places to eat and drink, plus multiple supermarkets and a Sainsbury’s Local close by.
🏠 The House:
We rent the whole house and it’s a huge perk — especially the large private garden, perfect for summer BBQs. Inside, you’ll find:
- Three bedrooms
- Spacious kitchen
- Bright living/dining room
- One shared bathroom (bath + shower)
🛏️ The room:
It’s the smallest bedroom in the house, but the generous communal spaces more than make up for it. You can set the room up in a few different practical layouts. It would best suit someone who doesn’t work from home most days as you'd probably need to WFH in a communal area.
📅 Tenancy Details
The tenancy is currently rolling, but the plan is to move to a one-year fixed contract (Jan 2026–Jan 2027) with our new housemate.
- Rent: £800 per month (subject to change)
- Bills: £120–£150 per month (subject to change)
💡 Bills Breakdown (total per month)
- Council Tax (Band D): £184
- WiFi, gas, electric & utilities: £200
Bills are split evenly between the three of us.
