We have a room come availiable in our lovely home within walking distance of Seven Sisters Station, located in a new, gated development - safe, quiet, and secure.

The room is in a fully furnished two-storey house, complete with all appliances including oven/grill, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and everything you need for comfortable day-to-day living. The home is very modren, spacious and clean.

The house includes:

✅ 1 shared bathroom (shared between 3 people) on the first floor
✅ Large guest toilet on the ground floor (your primary bathroom)
✅ South-facing patio with a 4-seater outdoor sofa - perfect when the sun’s out ☀️
✅ Access to a fantastic communal gym (included in the price!) 💪
✅ Bi weekly cleaner (£29 per month each)

✅ Looking for:

A full-time (9–5) working professional, single male, aged 35+, who is very clean/tidy, respectful, considerate and easy-going. Somone who takes care of the space and naturally pulls their weight. Bonus if you’re practical and proactive with little house bits (e. g. changing a bulb, noticing things that need doing). We’re after calm, shared responsibility and good vibes.
