We’re looking for someone to join us in our cozy home, on a quiet road close to Seven Sisters station (20 mins to central London) and just off West Green Road.


There’s the option of 2 rooms, one with en-suit at £1500 and one without at £1200.
The large double room has an en-suite with bath and shower over looking the back garden. There’s a double bed with storage space underneath & the option of a desk and wardrobe.
The room is open to couples at £1500

The other option is a large double south facing very sunny and sharing a bathroom with one other housemate who is very clean and respectful.

We have a large garden with space to store bikes, an area for growing food, herbs a dining table and a rose patio seating area.

There’s living room also has a dining area. We have a projector and a large screen for films.

Downstairs bathrooms and full house working central heating.

We are two quiet and considerate housemates, an artist and an engineer.
