Large Double in a house share

A beautiful large double room in a 2 bed semi detached house in the heart of Tottenham Hale N15. The house is a 5 mins walk to Tottenham Hale tube station and approx 10 mins to Seven Sisters. There are great amenities at Tottenham Hale retail park, nice places to go out and a lovely health food shop a short walk from the house.

Transport links are fantastic with the victoria line into central london and the overground to Liverpool Street & Stratford. The Stansted’s express also runs through Tottenham Hale station.

The house a separate shower and bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. The living room and kitchen are great sizes with access to a nice garden out the back that does get some good sun during the day. The bedroom is a really good size and my current housemate does work from home and he has a desk set up comfortably in the room.

Parking is available on the street with. A permit from Haringey council (this is not included in the rent)

There is also access to the loft if items need to be stored.

A little bit about myself, I am a self employed hairstylist in and around london so my working hours can be quite long. I am a quiet person who likes to have a nice relaxed environment in the evenings as sometimes I do have to be up early for work, but I also like to enjoy a beer with friends in the area.

I am looking for someone who is equally quiet and not a party animal.
