I’m looking for someone to take over my contract from end of June until the first week of September, with the possibility of an earlier or later move-in if needed. The tenancy is ideal for students or interns looking for summer accommodation in London.

The room is in a student accommodation within a secure, gated compound with on-site staff 24h, and it is conveniently located close to public transport links.

The accommodation is just a 5-minute walk to Seven Sisters Station, offering:
-Victoria Line, reach central London in 10 minutes
-London Overground, to Liverpool Street in under 20 minutes
South Tottenham Station is also a 2-minute walk away.

The room is an ensuite located on the second floor (building has a lift). It includes:
-3/4 double bed
-large study desk and chair
-wardrobe
-under-bed storage
-drawers
-multiple shelves for additional storage

The ensuite shower room is compact but practical. Unlike many student accommodations, it is not a wet room, as the shower has a proper enclosed door.

You will share the kitchen with 5 other flatmates. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, 2 sinks, 8 hobs and plenty of cupboard storage. It is definitely a cool spot if you want to host dinners and small parties and socialise with the flatmates.

The building also offers nice communal facilities, including:
-cinema room
-games room
-study room (both group and quiet)
-lounge areas
-mail and parcels room

All utilities are included in the rent, including wifi.

For groceries, there is a Tesco superstore which is a 7-min walk away, and Wood Green Road (5-min walk) has a lot of shops, stores and restaurants. Tottenham Retail Park is also a 15-min walk away. The nearest gym (PureGym) is less than 5 mins away.
