We’re ideally looking for a male between 28 to 40 years old who is easy going, tidy, social with creative interests and works regularly at least a few days not from home.

You’d be living with 3 others, 2 female and 1 male ranging from late 20’s to late 30’s.
All into music and the arts etc doing work in hospitality also.

If you need the room has a double mattress and two small chest of drawers, other than that it is unfurnished.
The room has double doors than open into the back garden so it’s nice and light.

Apart from the other bedrooms the house also has a kitchen, living room, toilet downstairs and a toilet/bathroom upstairs.
Also a large garden.

LOCAL TRANSPORT

Situated between Seven Sisters Underground/Overground and South Tottenham overground.
It’s a couple minutes walk to either stations and bus stops.
This gives you quick access to the Victoria Line, the north to south overground trains heading from Cheshunt to Liverpool Street and the West to East overground trains from Gospel Oak to Barking.
Also there are many buses going all directions but particularly useful for getting to places like Stoke Newington/Dalston.
