Zero deposit: We operate a zero deposit policy. That means we do not take any deposit from you at all

You just pay your rent and the separate one‑off bills contribution and you move in.

One‑off bills contribution: This is a single payment equal to one week’s rent. It is completely separate from the zero deposit.

This one payment covers all your bills for the whole tenancy – no monthly bills, no extra charges.

All other bills are included – gas, electricity, water, council tax. You just pay your rent and that one‑off contribution and you’re done 💷✔️
