Light double room in a three bedroom house with a garden, 5 mins walk to both Seven Sisters and South Tottenham stations.
There is a large shared kitchen / dining area and lounge. There are two bathrooms, so you would share with one other housemate.
The other housemates are Laura and Andre - we are both in our late 30s. Laura works for an environmental foundation and Andre builds art exhibitions. Laura speaks Spanish, Italian and French, and Andre is Portuguese. We would love someone to chat to in any of these languages at home.
We sometimes have dinner together, watch a film or go to the pub, and are looking for someone who wants a home. Personal space very much respected as well!
Working from home not a problem if you are happy to do so from your room, which has a small desk.
The house is close to lots of great Colombian, Turkish and Portuguese shops and cafes, as well as a large Tesco at Seven Sisters. We're also very close to Markfield Park, the canal and the Walthamstow Wetlands.
£900 including bills, which includes a cleaner who comes every other week.
