Bright double in Seven Sisters home

Bright furnished double room available now in a warm, characterful home near Seven Sisters / Tottenham.

The room is a good-sized double with a bed, desk/computer set-up, chest of drawers and open wardrobe but I can be flexible on furnishings if you have your own things or want the room arranged differently.

The house itself has a large living room with library as well as an even larger kitchen/dining/living space which is a great space for chilling and having friends over for dinner.

Location-wise, we love Seven Sisters' energy and the proximity to the Walthamstow Wetlands, Tottenham Marshes and the Lea Valley for feeling like your out of London in 5 mins via the nearby canal.

I use the house as my main London base but travel regularly for work for weeks at a time and am often away, so the house tends to feel relaxed and spacious. You would mainly sharing with a friendly professional working in finance, who like me, is a Londoner born and raised.

For full transparency, there may also be some flexibility around a further room becoming available at around £900 pcm, as I am considering moving out permanently if the right household setup comes together. Happy to discuss this with anyone interested in the wider arrangement.

Otherwise, just looking for someone friendly, tidy and independent who wants a comfortable home and is respectful of shared spaces!
