Single room near Seven Sisters

Hi!

I’m looking for a flatmate to share a flat just a few minutes’ walk from Seven Sisters station (Google says 5, but it takes me less than 3 😄).

There’s no separate living room, but the kitchen has a small table where you can sit and eat.

The room will come furnished with a single bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. It can also be left unfurnished if you have your own furniture.

The flat is older and fairly compact, but the location is really convenient and all bills are included.

And now, the most important part: Rudy.
You’ll also be sharing the flat with Rudy, a very handsome ginger cat. He’s friendly, sociable and will probably make it his personal mission to inspect anything you bring into the flat. 😂

So, obviously, you’ll need to be comfortable living with a cat. There may also be a small hamster joining the household.

As for the human flatmate (me 😄), I’m not fussed about age, gender or anything like that - I’m mainly looking for someone who is chill, respectful and easy to live with.

I’ll be at the flat this weekend to get everything ready and take some photos, so I’ll add those once I have them.
