Description

Large bedroom in a cozy 2 bed in Seven Sisters with shared rooftop terrace between 4 flats.

South facing living room gets lots of light and makes winters much easier. And the plants love it too; unofficial third tenant is a massive monstera. Got a dishwasher too which is only a year old. Oven and fridge are pretty new as well. It's a wonderful place I have been able to call home for the past 2 years.

Important to note that the flat by contract comes unfurnished. My friend who will be moving out is looking to sell most things or at least get some money for it. Or even leave some things for free. Comes down to negotiations and if you have any preference let me know!

Nice spacious roof terrace is shared between the 4 flats in the building and is a great spot to take a moment to breathe. Also potential for additional storage up there.
I have grown tomatoes, aubergines, sunflowers, and herbs there in the summers. Plenty of space and sun up there to raise them strong. If you're interested in that you will especially love it up there!

Excellent transport links and many food shop options, also some nice cafes and restaurant around. Great options for laptop work. Several gyms just a short walking distance away.
Tottenham Marshes, The Paddock, and the Reservoirs are excellent green spaces that are also within walking distance.

It’s been a nice creative household in the 2 years that I have lived here; would be awesome to continue this way, but definitely open to anyone nice and friendly.

I myself am 29 years old, doing photography mainly, with hospitality work on the side. My interests also include all kinds of music, ceramics, cycling, tennis, growing plants.

Looking for a flatmate who shares some interests, and someone to not feel like a stranger. Personal space is also important, but would be nice to do something together, whether it be hobbies, cooking, or a drink every now and then.
It's not a party house, and it's very rare that I have multiple people over, though I am open to more social situations, and also hosting friends for dinner or board games.
Cleanliness is important too and we have had a shoes off flat.

Rent is 930 pm and bills are around 100-140 pm including council tax, internet, gas, and electricity.

Has to pass references

If that all sounds good please do get in touch and also write a bit about yourself.

Move in is from 4th of October but would like to do viewings sooner rather than later.
