Cute room - One month sublet

Heya,
Short sublet: 15.10 to 21.11 (5 weeks)

I am going away for work and looking for someone to sublet my room. The room is a cute small double with lots of sun, and comes with a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. It’s £745 per month + bills around £140 (to rent for the whole period, it will be £1065 all in). I am ideally looking for someone to stay for the whole period but am flexible for the right person.

You would live with three professionals in our 30s - a university Lecturer, a PhD researcher, and a TV producer. And a rescue cat Mitchi!!
The house has loads of space - an amazing kitchen with plenty of storage, a big open plan living/dining room where we spend a lot of our time watching movies and tv shows on our projector, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and massive bathtub, and a lovely and ample garden.

The house is a 7 minute walk from Seven Sisters Station (Victoria line + Overground, big Tesco, loads of shops and off-licences nearby).
