I occasionally stay at the property (live & work).
- Only a 6 minute walk from Seven Sisters Underground & Overground Stations (Victoria Line/ National Rail/ zone 3)
- A short 8 minute walk to South Tottenham (Overground) Station
- A 1 minute walk to the High Road (for buses, local shops etc)
- Just a 9 minute walk to Tottenham Hale (Underground & National Rail links) to the city. Trains also go to Westfield Stratford or Stanstead airport.
The local leisure centre, retail park, library, arts centre/ theatre are only a short walk away.
I expect the prospective person/lodger to be professional/ working. I will NOT tolerate late payment of rent or excuses (no exceptions)!
My preference is for a FEMALE tenant who fits in well with other housemates (respectful of others’ privacy whilst also being sociable, clean & keeping communal areas tidy).
