we are currently looking to replace one house mates in a 4 bed house located a short distance from Seven Sisters station.
We are looking for a new house mate to join us hard working professionals in our late twenties/early thirties. It was refurbished when we moved in around 6 years ago.
rent is approx. £667 per month which includes most bills (council tax, internet, a cleaner twice a month and gas/electric. Water is paid twice a year approx £100 every 6 months. Looking for a sociable house mate who is able to help out with keeping the flat tidy and clean.
total for moving is £667+ £534 deposit = £1201
