Big room in great house 15 min fr centre- temp let

I am going away for work between 11 June and 18 October and am looking for someone to stay in my lovely Seven Sisters room for that time.

Dates can be fairly flexible if you need to stay for a couple of days less or more. And as it is a pretty specific period of time, I will also consider a shorter let, ending in the end of August or September.

The room is big, has got four wardrobes (I might squeeze all my stuff into one though), a double bed, drawers and a big desk. It's all here.

The house has three other bedrooms, a huge kitchen and lounge as well as a living room with TV (and a guest sofa bed if you have visitors) as well as a garden.

It's located 5 minutes walk from Seven Sisters tube, which is 7 minutes from King's Cross, 15 minutes from Oxford Circus (Victoria Line) and 20 minutes from Liverpool Street (National Rail Services). Plenty of bus routes from central and Shoreditch are running all day and night.

We have a big Tesco 6 minutes away, a Sainsbury's close by and a great local shop for fruit, veg and beer.

You'll be sharing the house with a French guy, a Canadian girl and a couple (a Swedish guy and another French-American girl), all around 32 years old. The Swedish guy is a programmer, his girlfriend is a lawyer, the Canadian girl works in a bookstore and the French guy saves the world as a marine biologist. So it's a wide range of people but all super nice, quiet and tidy, giving you space to take it easy but are also up for the occasional glass of wine at home in our lovely garden (that I always miss during the summers when I go away) or out.

The rent also covers toilet paper, washing up liquid and other house products, as well as a cleaner who comes twice a week – everything to eliminate potential housemate conflicts :)
