I am the live in owner, in my early 40s. I am an artist and writer so there are lots of paintings and books in the house. I work from home most of the time so the place would suit someone who works away from home.
The area has great transport links: The flat is 6/7 minutes walk to Seven Sisters tube which is on the Victoria Line (8 minutes on tube to Kings Cross and 16 minutes on tube to Victoria Station). It is also on national rail which takes you through Stoke Newington, London Fields, and into London Liverpool St Station in 19 minutes.
