lovely house on the Lea canal opposite the marshes .Great for cycling walking and water sports. In between 2 pretty parks with organic cafes and quirky pub by the water . good access for loads of buses including various night ones and the victoria line. the room is fully furnished . the sitting room diner looks on to the canal . The kitchen is practical with a breakfast bar. There is one bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet downstairs .The housemates all work in various proffesions and sometimes share a bottle of wine or beer. . nice patio for smokers to use. room available 25 september viewings daytime, evening and weekends.
